HSBC took up this 75000 sq ft building, spread over 7 floors overlooking a new flyover on the Western Express highway as part of their expansion plans.

The ground floor houses the Customer Banking Area and a Premier Area which is exclusively designed for their high net worth customers. The upper floors have the bank’s Business Processing units, Cafeteria and Conference Centre.

The design of the office is based on an ‘open office concept’ in which the workstations and cubicles are placed along the peripheral glazing to allow maximum natural light into the work areas and the service areas are located towards the core.

Building Management Systems are incorporated within the Lighting and the HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency, an initiative that was taken to comply with the guidelines of the Green Building code.
