The building houses the Customer Banking Areas on the lower floors, a Safe Deposit Vault in the basement and a Training Centre for HSBC staff on the upper two floors.

The Customer Banking Area designed to international HSBC standards has an ATM Lobby, Tellers and a Premier Banking Area.

The interiors of the Training Centre are deliberately warm and colourful, unlike the branch and other offices to create a youthful and vibrant ambience and help the trainees think ‘out of the box’ and come up with new and innovative ideas.
