The new office we designed for HDFC Bank is located at the prestigious Spencer Plaza building on Mount Road. The office spans over 3 floors with a total area of 1,60,000 sq.ft, catering to 2000 employees and a Business Center for their premier Corporate customers.

The design brief was to create an agile workspace with smart lockers and interactive collaborative breakout spaces. The office is designed keeping the IGBC Green Certification in mind, therefore creating a sustainable space with automated HVAC controls, Lighting Sensors, Ergonomic Seating and the latest Audio Video conferencing technologies.
